Fixed Point Solution of System of Inclusion Problems for Demicontractive Operators in Certain Banach Spaces with Application

Abstract

In this paper, we introduce a new iterative approach for finding a common element of the set of fixed points of a demicontractive mapping and the set of solutions of a system of inclusion problems with an infinite family of accretive operators in certain Banach spaces. Then, strong convergence of the scheme to a common element of the two sets is proved. Moreover, an application to convex minimization problems involving an infinite family of lower semi-continuous and convex functions is included. The main theorems develop and complement the recent results announced by researchers in this area.
